  My is is Tiffany (using my sons google), I have worked with Caliber for purchasing my home and then recently refinancing. I just want to say that Lynn Jabs is so awesome! She is so communicative and kind. She walks you through everything step by step and doesn’t make you feel like any question is silly. She helps with giving advice on improving credit scores etc. She is just great. Highly recommend her and her amazing team, including Tammy who was so helpful as well.

  Could not recommend Lynn, Tammy, and their whole team more! They were communicative, clear, thorough, and SO easy to work with. Lynn/Tammy would even answer my phone calls on nights and weekends! They went above and beyond to make our experience incredible. Plus - they're a ton of fun. If you're looking for a lender, look no further!

  Lynn Jabs is truly amazing. I had a difficult loan and Lynn was always available. I have emailed her late at night, thinking she would get it the next day, and she replied to me that night. She made the frustration of getting a loan a little bit better.
