      They were kind and very nice to me while I got started with my first bank account on my own. The first review, I don't know what could of happened but thats about the same time they got new people so probably were training.

      What “bank” doesn’t have a change counter to take change? Stupidest thing in the whole world. Real glad I pay $7 a month for an account when I can’t even bring in my change to this location. 1 Star for US Bank and the management, 5 stars for the Bank Tellers.

      The one star is for the ridiculous fee of $7 to cash a check from their own bank.
