      I love my Us Bank in Cody Wyoming. I live 28 miles away and just do the drive because they have been that good to me. The staff at this bank could not be better people. They have literally bent over backwards for me! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

      I have banked with US Bank for years. This branch has limited hours for lobby access. Great staff!

      Joshua and all of the staff at this US Bank location are helpful, kind and efficient. I have been banking with US bank for ten years and have always had a great experience resolving any hiccups over the years. They prioritize their customers. They have done an outstanding job at balancing a new approach with helping customers through the drive thru due to their lobby being closed because of covid. The services they provide have not fallen victim to the pandemic as many other business’ have.

      If I could give this bank a -10 I would. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Cody branch personnel said they couldn't help me - would have to call the 800 number, I have spent a month trying to get my name changed and state changed on my account, have spent over 6 hours in 3 days on the 800 number with the worst customer service department I have ever experienced. I would never do business with the bank again.
