Spencer Sandidge1I applied for a U.S. Bank checking account over four months ago. I have not spent one dollar. my only deposit has been the initial deposit for the account application. However my $25 has dwindled down to a $14 balance or previously was yesterday. And the whole reason I got hit with the penalty was because US banks mobile applications are just the worst I’ve seen from any bank and their ease-of-use applications. I have not been able to make a single purchase with my debit card. Every time it flags it for fraud. VPNs are used by more people than they are not. They should not throw my checking account onto a freeze until I call customer service by three times a week call after half an hour I’m in high spirits thinking I will finally be able to use this card one singular time and now the same thing happens so can somebody please unlock my card that I have not gotten to use once and it would be really great if you could take away that panel do you charge me for not using my card certain number of times in a month even though I would’ve well surpassed it how do you not put my card on fraudulent every time I tried do use it

Cylus H1Been trying to get a good sum of money out of an old savings account for about 15 months. They give me a wrap around and act like they know nothing and tell me to talk to x person, and that person never calls. Terrible service never bank with this branch.

Wendy Smith1Worst bank to ever do business with. The ATM at the Church Hill branch rarely ever works correctly. Beware of this bank and their fees!
