  The one in kingsport does not take anything. That is gas operated and the one in johnson city offered to pawn my Stihl MS251 "wood boss" chainsaw for 50 dollars. The guy told me he can get the same chainsaw on ebay for 130 dollars. That is a flat out lie! I will never step foot in either of their shops ever again!

  AVOID!!! this place the only way they will pawn or buy is if it's brand new this place is a joke bad business at its finest the good reviews on here are from employees and owner and when they run your name to purchase a gun they get your info wrong so you get denied and still have to pay for background check

  Hi Douglas, Sorry you were not able to buy a firearm today. Our business is pawning and selling things, one of which is firearms. The profit we make from these sales keeps us in business. So, it is in our interest to sell products to you. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation charges a $10 fee, which we collect for them, to run a background check for all firearms transfer transactions. They are the ones who approve or deny the transfer. They do not tell us why someone is denied. There is a process of appeal to the TBI if you think there has been a mistake. We will help you submit an appeal if you like at no charge. If the appealed denial is overturned by the TBI and the firearm is still in inventory, you will be able to complete the transaction within 30 days without incurring an additional charge for another background check. Additionally, we have 1 employee and 111 reviews at our Kingsport store. Of the 111 reviews 6 are 1 star and 105 are 5 stars.
