      My account was given out to family members whom were NOT on my account ever!,and it caused problems in the family. I thought privacy was one of ECU biggest concerns but not in my case. My name was the only one on this account and my step children walk right in there and my account was disclosed to them. This was as recent as the last Friday in February.

      I have banked with Eastman for eight years. I have never been late on a payment. Paid off five car loans and a credit card with this company. We used to love them and considered Eastman to be the best credit union around with friendly service and quick to get loans out. But here latley they’ve put so many stimulations and hired disrespectful, egotistical, and superiority complexed employees this past year and a half. Common sense and making things easy isn’t something this company has anymore. This goes for the whole company. Looking for a New credit union.

      Love this branch and it's open until 5:30 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m. The employees have always been fast and friendly, and there's always a pen in the drive-thru canister! The drive-thru driveway is a tight turn, but there's two lanes. The ATM has its own little drive-thru area near the front parking lot. My card didn't fare well in the washing machine, and it was easy to get a replacement.
