Tara Locke1I visited this branch recently to open a new account. Upon arrival I was directed by a teller to sign the book and sit in the waiting area for personal bankers. There were two personal bankers, one on the phone, who in between calls acknowledged a gentleman who was there to see someone on the upper level. She immediately returned to the phone without acknowledging me at all. The other was assisting a customer and when she had an opportunity to acknowledge the two parties waiting, she did neither. I sat there for 30 minutes prior to the other customers arriving. When the banker finished with the customer, 20 minutes later, she walked to the book and then immediately went to the other customers and asked who was first. I was astounded considering I signed the book in front of her desk and sat by myself for 30 minutes. I was then told, they only see customers with an appointment. That info was not relayed by the Teller, no note on the desk with the sign in book and neither of the bankers bothered to greet the customer and inquire if either myself or the other customers waiting had a reply. I understand this is probably Covid protocol but this branch needs to be closed as they have no customer service whatsoever and from reading the other reviews, this has been going on for some time. Corporate needs to step in and resolve the issues as this is unacceptable and I dare say, this does not occur in non-black neighborhoods.

Mr Lemons1Run!!! My mom warned me years ago to abandon this ship and I didn't listen. My checking account is (currently) being closed do to fraudulent activity. It's be two months and the communication is horrible. Don't bother calling customer service, they'll toss you around like a Ceasar salad. You'll speak to 5 different departments before you're connected to the right one. Expect a minimum of 30 to 45mins before reaching any solution. My max call was 3hrs do to this situation and I'm not including the time spent in the branch; only to be referred back to customer service 24hr reps, who suggested I walk into a bank. They've lost a few branches in chicago, I'm not surprised. I do believe they're down sizing and possibly closing for good. Please open a checking account else where. Save yourself a headache.

Ciara King1I made a withdrawal from the drive through atm for $200. I tried depositing $100 from the money they gave me out of their atm onto my boyfriends Bank of America account his bank wouldn’t take it. Tried getting change from multiple stores they wouldn’t take it. The $100 bill they gave me is old and I’m not even sure if it was counterfeit I gave no way to get in contact with anyone

So Saucy Family1I waited in the drive through for 45 mins.. Literally watching people that were behind me, drive past me and when I asked if there were an issue!. She said, there’s only one person here, I’m getting started on your transaction now. Still waited another 20 mins afterwards.. RIDICULOUS and Very unprofessional!.

T “DA Prodigy” Ware1I’d give this horrid place 0 zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service, unprofessional manager, unprofessional staff. I know people who work in the building. Only thing good about this place is the security team. They are all mistreated and exploited though. Fire the entire staff and hire more people. The ATM is always broke and the lines are overly long. I heard one of the bankers say, people should be lucky I came to work today l. I think the girl name was kiana. The manager comes to work late sometimes and forgets her appointments. SMDH. This place is an embarrassment to the Pullman legacy and community. If you have a better place to bank, go there.

Nicole Crockett1RUDE!!! After sitting at the window in the drive thru for over 30 minutes I was never greeted. At he end of my transaction not one word was said! I pushed the call button because I needed slips but no one answered. This is the second time I’ve been here and had such a bad experience with the tellers.
