Belinda L5I have been banking there for years and I love that bank! Very personable and friendly staff that is knowledgeable. Keep going back and you may feel as I do. I trust this bank, and I can't say that about my banking experiences at non 'Self-Help' banking facilities.
Response from the ownerWow Belinda, thanks for the high praise! If we ever fall short of your expectations, let us know right away.

Imani Carter1I was just standing in line for over 15 min so I could cash my change in. Line moves SLOWWWWWW because they wanna move slowwwww!!! Then they told me I couldn’t use it because it was after 4:00 but I was there wayy before 4:00 ! Wasted my damn time !

Mike Ellis1The customer service is horrible. We want to support our own but this is ridiculous!! No one answers the phone, if I come in it takes forever to get anything done. Employees don't return calls in a timely manner!

Emile Reese1My wife shared a joint account at seaway with her sister who passed away in November. After her sister passed, seaway initially disabled the account without contacting my wife. Eventually, the account was closed by seaway. And, a sum of $645 dollars was refunded to the account and should have been refunded to my wife but seaway decided to do the wrong thing and keep the money despite the legal right my wife had to any funds returned to the account that she was the beneficiary of. A bank without compassion for the community it serves.

PurrpcaineTV1Customer service is not good. They've been recently bought actually. So I wouldn't advise anyone signing up for an account. It's hard to say if they are going to stay around .
