  We have dealt with this shop for many years,and for many years it's been such a frustrating experience we've had to travel outside the neighborhood. They treat people with such disrespect and a dismissive attitude,and it makes a person wonder if it's because of the neighborhood ....as if we don't deserve this "service". They give nothing as to the worth of what ever you take in for pawn. And at times don't even take certain things. Last night we took in a like new,still had the box Digital2 tablet and was told they don't take those. It's a pawn shop ! What do you mean you don't take them? !!! They call themselves improving the look of the store, I hope when that is done they will improve the service. I would post no stars but that's impossible. Worst pawn shop I've ever been in. The manager which is an older lady, she is one of the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She is racist, very rude and disrespectful. And the old security guard just sitting in the corner better be careful hes getting to old for that. Rudest, ignorant pawn shop and most expensive pawn shop ever.

  This is the worst pawn shop ever. I've bought a Xbox one controller from here seems like it was in great condition. One of their employees tested it out before I bought it. Everything seem like it was all good. the employee asked is the controller working to my standards I replies yes. it was final sale. The next day the ANALOG STICK started to give me major problems the buttons started to get stuck. I feel like I've been robbed. I call and asked for the supervisor and she said there nothing they can do. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THEY WILL FINESSE YOU I REPEAT THEY WILL FINESSE YOU.

  It's 925am and I have called like 5 times and nobody has answered the phone If it says y'all supposed to be open at 9 and it's 925am and still no answer that tells me right in the door they are unprofessional

  Worst service ever...... The oldest staff ever ...... Barely speaks English...... And hates blacks
