Jimm Burton5We've just moved to the area though during a previous visit opened accounts with this branch. We loved the atmosphere and professionalism - especially Mara - of the employees. They were quite helpful in getting our banking concerns moved from southwest Virginia to Bend. Great job.

josu1People at the bank are great. The bank itself is awful. $36 over draft fees, .50 check deposit fees, $20 to accept an incoming wire, and the dreaded ATM fees... This is the typical big bank brick and mortar experience. Nickled and dimed to death. If you're looking for a new checking account try a brokerage firm that offers banking. They literally do not charge you for anything except to send (not receive) a wire. I spoke with US Bank over the phone for the last time today and I cant tell you how happy I am to get all my bill pays transferred over to a new account. Only wish I did it sooner.
