      We had an appointment at 9am but the door is still locked until 9:30. 10 am still haven’t got help yet. I would’ve given 0 star if there is for the overall service. Such a waste of time!

      I’m very mad about what she did . I was drive thru to day to withdraw my money I write down $600 dollars to withdraw but when she given me the money she give me only $500 dollars right away I login to my account and it show $800 dollars withdraw from my account 😡 the official receipt that she give me also show $800 dollars That she toke out in my account. She should do thing carefully money is not a joke 😡 . 02/24/2022. Hope she don’t do this again. I wish she luck for next time ! .

      TERRIBLE customer service. Got there before closing with a big deposit; female tellers behind the window completely ignored me. Didn’t even have the customer service skills to talk to me at all.

      They have obnoxious music blaring so loudly that it was difficult to have a conversation. I felt a sigh of relief when I finally could walk out of there. Awful environment!

      Had a pleasant experience and everyone was friendly. Helped me get a cashiers check, and they asked me about my day and wished me happy holidays.

      We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru while other cats drove right up and were taken care first, as they did not service both waiting lines equally. Then about 15 minutes after we left, finally, we get a call from the teller stating she neglected to return my account card, and I can come back for it. Thanks so much! I realize things are a challenge but this seemed way to difficult. I would have given the 2 stars but it really wasn’t that good.

      Nothing wrong with this branch. It gets busy, have some patience. Tellers are always friendly and happy to help. If you don't want to wait in line there are other options for you. I am always pleased with the service I receive here.

      I live right by this place...I usually only go for the atm. This place is huge for nothing. All those cubicles and only one is being used. All those Windows and put of all the times I've been there only 2, at most, are helping people. No workers at all. Plus what branch doesn't have temp cards. Horrible service. Just tear this place down and use it for something else. Also, the hours for this branch is shitty.

      It seems understaffed. I always have to wait in line to talk to a teller, and have waited even longer to speak with a banker. Their lobby is okay, but kind of feels run down.

      6 workers walking around but only one behind the counter. been standing in line for twenty minutes. definately should have gone to a different one
