  First, I have to admit I wasn’t the easiest client within the first few minutes of meeting Amber and her team. My husband (fiancé at the time) had convinced me to meet with Amber about qualifying to purchase our first home. At this point I thought he was quite crazy and that this was not going to be possible nor could we ever possibly afford owning a house at 22/23 years old. Upon meeting Amber I was incredibly stand-offish with her being as I didn’t want to be there and was not on board with buying a home. Amber knew exactly how to speak to me to break my walls of doubt down. She ensured that she would be there through every step of the process as well at any point that questions started to arise (which I had plenty of). We found out that evening that we did qualify for a home. I was flabbergasted as I had not expected that. She answered the many questions we had that evening as well as through the remaindered of our process. Her team is incredibly personable and and more then efficient. We were moved into our first home within weeks. We would 10/10 recommend and do recommend The Amber G Team to all of our friends and family!

  This group made the mortgage process so much easier than we ever anticipated! We worked with Amber, Ashley, and Christine and were impressed with each individual's dedication to their clients. When we had to get creative with the mortgage qualifying process, we breezed right through it due to this group's expertise. Update: We have now refinanced our home, given the ridiculously low interest rates right now, after Amber and her team contacted us. The mortgage underwriting was even easier this time around since we didn't need a new appraisal, and now we're going to save thousands per year on our mortgage payment while recouping the cost of refinancing in less than a year. These ladies are phenomenal.

  I have worked with Amber and her team for many many years in a wide variety of transaction, both in a personal and professional level. I am a home owner and also own investment properties. Amber and her team have helped me finance several of these properties over the years. I am also a real estate agent and often refer Amber and her team to my clients. Over the years Amber has financed well over 100 homes that I have been a part of in one capacity or another. I highly recommend Amber and her team. Her knowledge base of the home financing world is wide spread from helping with a refi, bridging a loan, to fha or conventional financing or even helping someone repair their credit. She is an excellent communicator and listens well. Her availability is excellent and response times are as well. What I like most about Amber is that she listens and cares about what you have to say. In that moment when you are having a conversation with her she cancels everything else out and it’s obvious that she is not only hearing what you’re saying but is actually listening too. I have worked with a lot of loan officers over the past 25 years and Amber is one of the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I highly recommend her and would without hesitation continue to refer her to clients as well as use her for my personal loans in the future. Not all loan officers are equal. Choosing a knowledgeable and strong loan officer during a complicated investment purchase is so important. You want Amber and her team in your court.

  I'm sorry I can only give 5 stars because I would give 10 stars if I could. I worked closest with Amber and Ashely as we purchased our home in Minneapolis. They make the collection of documents easy, they remain in constant communication and are overall a pleasure to deal with. All inquiries and questions were responded too in a timely manner. I appreciated the easy to read breakdown they give us on how much closing will cost, and what the monthly payments will be. If you are looking for a group to work on the finances of your home, search no further. Amber and her team are the best there are.
