  This was one of the only roofing companies we talked to that understood what we wanted to do on our roof right off the bat and was able to quickly get us a cost estimate. Their estimate was the exact price that we were charged even though there was some misunderstanding about the amount of insulation we wanted--they provided the insulation level we wanted at the price they originally quoted. The employees were friendly and professional, often working late to make sure our project got done before real winter came. Overall we are extremely impressed with everyone we've interacted with from this company and extremely happy with the amount of snow our roof is retaining this year--no icicles yet, even when every house around us has them!

  I contacted Twin City Roofing with urgency for roof replacement. They came out same day to quote me and replaced my roof the following week. They were courteous and clean! They went beyond my expectations and made the process so fast and stress-free. Their customer service was the best!

  Will and his crew provided an enjoyable and responsive customer experience. My home and garage roof installation were virtually completed in 1 day, and the crew even came out first thing on the following day to complete a few miscellaneous requests. Price was not the lowest, but was very palletable, and the 10 year-workmanship warrenty, quality of installation, and finished product are fantastic. They even took extra care to clean up the yard because of my dogs. I would highly recommend calling Twin City Roofing. They will listen to the specifics of your needs, and get the job done in a quick and quality way.

  Was having issues with a ceiling leaking under an area of a flat roof back when we bought the house in 2018. Had one of their salesmen, Dave Harris, out and said it was an easy fix and cheap, but said it was cost effective to do a whole roof replacement given the permit and disposal costs would be the same. A whole roof replacement later, the leak continued. When we informed them, they sent out an employee who promptly told us it was our stucco siding above the roof. Every professional we had out to then look at the stucco, couldn’t help but comment on the poor job the installation of the flat roof appeared to be. Already feeling sheepish about the first decision we made, we spent thousands more than the tens of thousands we had already spent to replace the roof to replace the stucco. A quarter of the house now with new stucco later...we still have a leak. A flat roof is suppose to be cheap and easy, and some how Twin Cities Roofing seemed to screw it up. I’m sure they do a lot of things correctly, but if you have a real issue that needs attending to, 10/10 would not recommend. They did a quick sell, had poor responsiveness after, and a salesman that was gone by the time we re-realized the issue still there.

  We were last out in May of 2019 to perform service work. Once service work was completed a water test was done and we were unable to find any roof leaks. We took photos of the stucco that was missing and notified you of the possibility of another source of the leak. We have not heard from you since our visit in May of 2019. Please contact the office if you would like us to come out as your roof is still under our workmanship warranty.

  Taylor came to check out our basement because we had issues with it feeling significantly colder than the main floor. He walked us through what he was checking, explained what he was doing and what he saw, and what it was causing. He wasn't pushy and explained our options at every step. We didn't end up deciding to make any large changes, but if we do we will absolutely contact these guys in the future for the work.

  I used Twin City Roofing to repair some damage to my garage roof caused by a tree limb and re-roof the entire garage. They were great, some other roofing companies told me the job was too small and they would not get to it for a long time. Dan came and gave me a quote the day I called then he was on the project until the end. He inspected the completed project, found a few things that needed fixing, did the repair himself and checked in with me each time. Thanks Dan and Twin City Roofing.

  Recently had some roof leakage that seeped into our kitchen. An adjuster came out and suspected it was due to improper fitting of the rubber ring around our chimney pipe (they used a 2" instead of a 4" ring). Called the city and found out Twin City Roofing were the last contracted to do roof work. First contact was made through Jim. He assured me that if it wasn't anything big, it would still be covered post-warranty. Was asked to send him an email following the conversation details and contact info, and that he would follow up with scheduling an inspection. 2 weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone. Decided to call the main office and got a hold of Deb. She assured me she would have someone follow through to schedule an appointment as I had forwarded her the initial email sent to Jim. A week after, I never heard back. Emailed her and no response. Decided to call the main office again and Deb picked up, again. In her words, "Someone will call you by this week, if not by the end of today." Well, here I am a week+ later with no returned phone call or follow through. Spent a whole month being civil and trusting customer service with little avail. I was nervous making contact given some of the reviews I've seen but I would not recommend this place. Just poor follow through and a lack of professionalism. Now I have to postpone my roofing repairs because we're finally expecting a snowstorm tonight which will make accessibility that much harder. Edit: Anyway, after my review they were quick to submit a response within 24 hrs (see below). Still haven't heard from anyone yet. At this point I'm taking my business elsewhere. Forgot to mention my adjuster noticed some sloppy work beneath the shingles. It passed city inspection, but he was surprised some of the boards weren't replaced given the age they were showing.

  I highly recommend Twin City Roofing after using them for several roof projects, from loose shingles, ice dams, and a flat roof replacement. They have been helpful and friendly from the first phone call. Everyone I have interacted with has been knowledgable and taken the time to explain the process. I am incredibly happy with the quality of their work and will continue to use them. Additionally, their crews take extra care around my dog and family.
