Jeffrey Lee1First off - they don't answer the phone. If you try to call the branch, you'll essentially be told they can't take the call. There's no excuse for this. Made a wire transfer with them today and they forgot to approve the transfer. Waited a few hours, and since they don't answer the phone, had to go back and get it done in person. Then the teller said she didn't know how to print a receipt for the transfer and acted like that was okay and why would I need a receipt for a transfer of thousands of dollars etc... Just a horror. Totally mismanaged.

Jr tiller1I went in today to take out 12,000 my banker was Chase Gave him My ID and my debit card he had to double check with someone else to see if my ID was real, you guys need to train your employees better, it’s pretty easy to check and see if an ID is real or not felt like I was stereo typed because I have tattoos didn’t felt welcome at all! Was very rude. Definitely taking my banking somewhere else!

ChurChRock2I don't bank here. It's a concern to me that they would allow their American flag to be so torn up homeside their bank and not replace it. Pride of town & country is needed.

Diane Overbye4Once I'm IN the branch it's great but no one ever answers the phone. I usually like to call to make sure there's a notary there or something real fast but no one ever answers. Maybe I'll get a bankers' direct line so I can actually talk to someone 🤷🏻♀️

She has provided me with so much great knowledge and her suggestions were invaluable! Another great thing about Amanda, is that she is always smiling and upbeat. During such a hard time in my life, I really needed that. She is a tremendous asset and US Bank is so lucky to employ her. She exemplifies customer service.

April Otter Robe1They are the worses Bank I ever banked with. They just give you a run around they never know how to help you. They say they are going to help 2 weeks go by and nothing is done they just take and take. Do not bank with these people if I could give a no Star I would. Trust me look at the reviews with these people they're horrible that should say something about this bank.

Graham Yabroff1If you plan to use this branch for relicard withdrawls. DO NOT GO TO THE TELLER! i had withdrawn several times from the location and the last time I went. The teller said my card waa declined. Even tho i had just recived payment 3 days ago. I called card services they told me the teller withdrew the money. Swiped the card again and gave me the declined slip... now almost 3 weeks later i have lost $1500..card services is a runaround. Do direct deposit. If you have to withdraw from bank, do not. Go to the atm.

First off-all of my other four banks allow walk in service- Wells Fargo, ENB, chase etc...as long as there are proper social distancing procedures in place a bank should be open for business... second- the man who told me the bank lobby was closed was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with- and I work in the food industry so I know rude... I used to bank with the usbank in evergreen where I was always treated with respect. I’ll be closing my account with this bank because of this location... worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. They should be ashamed of themselves .slow service in the line to boot. Awful just awful, I wish google allowed 0 star reviews- this would be my first!

Annabelle Denmark1Tried to do a simple wire transfer that has been done with is bank 5 months ago. The clerk seemed confused, told me that he could not log on, told me he would call me within 2 hours to have me come back and sign something. He never called back. I called after 4 hours, more confusion. I suppose they never have done a Wire transfer before ( oh wait.... they did)

Donna Collins5Very pleasant staff, always very polite. Cathy is fantastic, and I always see the other tellers having a great time with their customers. Sometimes the line is long but that's because the government makes them use ID every time a transaction is done now, so that isnt their fault.
