I have been going to this branch for almost ten years. I have gone in with all kinds of tricky problems and issues. As long as Marina is there to help me out, I know all will go well. She is knowledgeable, friendly and confident. She is a real asset to Chase and to the branch.

So the people there are great but clearly don’t like Chase. I just had a employee tell me she can’t stand what her business is doing to customers lately. Fees on top of fees she says. She’s the one that has to deal with the customers so I feel kinda bad for her. I guess there trying to make more money from all of us. 4K in my account for months and still got a $15 service fee. Extremely helpful. I came in freaking out about my tax statement and they were able to print it out for me. They were nothing but nice and accommodating.

You simply cannot find a better personal banker anywhere than Denise Ortiz at this branch location.

This branch is awesome, and the people are awesome. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience here. I've read all the one star reviews, and almost every one of them are from people who don't know how banks work...

Cashed a Chase check just like any other time before, this time without permission I was charged $8 cashing fee. The past 4 times I wasn't. I understand that they are a bank and don't trust there own checks to clear but charging someone a non disclosed fee served with a sorry isn't okay!!! Maybe check to make sure the fee amount is okay with the person before taking action....?

I've been with Chase for years now. I love this location, I get greeted by name and they take their time to help and explain things to me. Quick service too! I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this bank!

Really rude employees at this bank. Only customer in the bank and took five minutes for anyone to help me. Needed 20.00 in quarters, was told their was a national change shortage. Black lady at the counter was rude and short with me. Was told if I did not have an account with them, they would not give me change. BTW I do, but did not feel like letting this shady employee my account information, just for change.

The bank location and just Chase Bank overall is a complete failure. For the location itself, you are never told you need an appointment, until you find out for yourself once you get there. If you decide to go on Saturday ( both time I went ) only one person was in the office to help you, despite there is about (6) desk to allow people to get serviced. And if you didn't get an appointment, you will wait. I got lucky and was helped, but that is just because I ignored the girl at the ATM counter telling me to make an appointment and come back. The Account Service guy, they want to help. The ATM girls at the cash/check counter, they just operate on Automatic and parrot you automatic response regardless of what you tell them. Chase Bank in itself: a complete joke. Opened up an account with them. Few weeks later, I applied for one of their CC ( Slate ) online, which they gave to me. I made a big purchase on it maybe (2) weeks later ( total legit purchase ), and out of nowhere they decide to close my card. They don't just freeze it like all my other banks did in the past when this happened, they litterally CLOSE it. My Credit Score is impeccable and through the roof, but they used the "reasons" that I had done too many CC application recently and that my purchase on the card was too big, to close the card without me knowing about it. There wasn't even a warning or a phone call sent to me, or just my card being frozen. I wanted to use the card again (2) weeks later and wasn't able because they had closed it without me knowing about it, this is how I found out. I appealed the decision: denied. I appealed the denial: denied again. I basically told them at this point " Don't give people credit card with limits if they can't use it ". I have worked with SEVERAL banks and this is is the ONLY bank that ever did this to me. I will pay of the card a.s.a.p to avoid them making any momey with interest, and then will close my account with them.

We just had a pretty bad experience and decided to go to the Denver West location. Tiny dude named Amir looked right at us when we walked in, we waited around in the lobby to be acknowledged and helped for about 10 minutes. An older couple walked in and he hopes up to help them. He also didn’t have a clue how to help them with a car title that doesn’t need to be notarized... he told them that they needed to contact a lawyer. Pretty bad service and bankers lacking knowledge. Try a different branch.
