      Had a very bad experience here. Let feeling awful. I have been with this bank for over 20 years, before it was US bank. I have never been so upset during any process! It should have been a pleasant experience. I'm always bragging about my bank and brought someone with me. He is struggling with health issues and considering opening an account. After he said he was upset that I continue to give my business to such a place. I apologized that I took him out for that display. I still defended US bank in that this is a one- time incident to be corrected. Must be this branch! The manager and banker were both very curt with me. The manager even raised his voice to make me respond to questions I was weary of answering. If I wasn't in need of that product, that day, I wouldn't walked out. There are more details to add, but these are enough to support my rating. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The way the banker and the manager were acting, was unprofessional. I realize that I was questioning the data collection, but as i disclosed, I'm in data integrity and always question it. They seemed so offended. As a female and a Latina, I couldn't help, but to feel discrimination undertones, based on the men who "helped" me.

      They charge me $7 to cash a $60 check. Total ripoff. Not only that they have to take down all your info to create a profile. Including your social. Honestly feel like this is one of the worst banks around.

      Rarely beneficial to the Customer. Limited onsite service. Fails for provide next steps or expand more to directly assist the CUSTOMER. Contact me direct for more, and concede details.

      Amazing service! My mother and I bank here. We drive farther to go to this particular banch. This is the ONLY US bank branch where we are treated kindly and fairly like human beings.

      I am a 60 year old homeless man I was lucky enough to have somebody give me some work they gave me a $10 check well I went in the bank and they decide they're going to charge me $7 to cash a $10 check so I walk out of there with $3 not even enough for a meal one of the most horrible feelings I've had in my whole life and what's crazy is I stay right in their parking lot because I have no place to go to me there is no way to justify treating a person like that also kicking a man while he's down I mean I'm at my bottom and they're going to take for me what kind of institution is this this just shows you one of the things that can happen once you're at the bottom then you can't get back up because people just keep it ripping you off so you wind up staying stuck homeless I've been here for 3 years now

      Worst bank ever.... Atm is always down... Two weeks ago it ate my money.. Didnt put it into my account had to fight bank for two weeks for my 230..im here again today and its not working.... I dont care if there is high volume of people.. Put another atm in
