  Overall the dealership is nice as well as the waiting room. The staff was friendly too. However after picking up my car, I noticed a new ding on the back bumper and my license plate was bent. I know for a fact this was not there before because I had inspected my car upon dropping it off. Unfortunately, I left in a hurry and didn’t notice until I parked my car at home. Seeing as nothing happened on the drive from the dealership to my home, I know this happened there. I wish I would have been informed and that it would have been fixed.

  I have a 2016 Mini S that I brought into Long Beach BMW/MINI for the first time for a routine service. I had a 10:30 appt. and when I arrived I waited no time and was greeted by a young man who checked my name and informed me that my service tech, Brian Woolverton would be right with me. Brian surveyed the car and filled out the work order quickly and professionally. This was all done very efficiently and with all of the necessary Covid precautions for safety. Brain called me the next morning to tell me all went well with the service and that my car was ready for delivery. I picked up my freshly washed car the next morning and was very happy with my first experience at Long Beach BMW/MINI and especially with Brian Woolverton's comprehensive knowledge of the service needs required for my Mini.   Amazing service from Brian Woolverton! I arrived at 530pm hoping to get my oil checked. He greeted right when I pulled up, let me know why my oil was low (I missed my oil change!), & offered to get it done that same night! And he did! He called me an hour later confirming it was done. At 7am the next morning my car was parked out front ready to go. Brian greeted me as I picked up my key at the cashier & walked me back to my car to personally show me an issue he told me about with one of my tires. This is the best service experience I have had anywhere in a long time. Thanks Brian! Well done BMW! This is why I’m a loyal owner.

  After having some troubles with a car I purchased from them, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, making sure I knew exactly what was going on. James Saunders, my service advisor, was amazing from start to finish, and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Long Beach BMW will be getting all of my business from here on out. I highly recommend them. They truly care about their customers.

  My experience at Long Beach Bmw was 10/10. I was accommodated and was well taken care off. Vehicle I recently bought gas all the warranties needed to have be worry free. And not to forget the unbeatable prices they offer. I went to two other dealers and a specific car, and no one came close to Long Beach

  I had a great car buying experience at Long Beach BMW. The staff treated me very well, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured I was comfortable during my visit. The car buying process can be pretty lengthy, but with the great staff and outstanding facility, I had no problems with my purchase. I would recommend anyone to get their next car from the LB BMW team. I also want to thank my sales associate Mitzi who really made the difference for me. She definitely made my decision to purchase the car. I also want to thank Christian who helped me setup my vehicle, and also showed me how to use all the fancy gadgets. Thank you!

  I brought in my BMW for some maintenance that need to be done. My adviser was Brian Woolverton and he was very professional, honest and informative. After my oil change Brian went over my inspection and found some things that needed attention. We set up appointment a few days after to come in and get that taken care of. Brain walked me thru the whole process and explained details about my manufacture and CPO warranty that I didn’t know. Brian made him self available for any questions I had and provided me his contact for the future. During the covid-19 situation this location had the lobby ready to accommodate their customers and sanitized my vehicle for their safety and mine. Overall the customer service was above and beyond.   Everything about the service department had me feeling like a coddled baby. The customer lounge is comfortable, and the service advisor is clear, moving fast because he understands customers' hectic schedules. My routine service received a fast turnaround and included brake replacement, all turned around in a day. Of course, Service was always with a smile, like their happiness depended on mine. Just plain awesome!!!!

  I was pretty annoyed that the person who scheduled my service neglected to tell me that your dealership moved. Angel Zavala was professional, very courteous and helpful. Your service guy, I forgot his name, was absolutely fantastic and customer-centric service. Thank you also to Jasmine, customer service manager, was also very very helpful.
