E R1I've held business accounts opened with this branch for 7 years. The staff we opened our accounts with were absolutely amazing; attentive, informative, and always eager to help us find the right products. Unfortunately ~2 years ago a major staff change started and over the last 12-18 months it's been a major downswing. The tellers are still friendly, but don't seem to have the training necessary to help with the most menial tasks. The manager is quick to ignore customers and staff and seems to spend most of his time sitting in his office. The few interactions I've had have left me with completely incorrect information resulting in $100s in unnecessary fees across my business accounts. We've had minor changes take 2+ hours only to find they werent done, credit card paperwork submitted in the wrong names, and countless wasted hours tracking down and fixing issues that should never have occurred in the first place. As a multiple business owner with 4 businesses holding accounts (combined 14 accounts) at USB, the service we've seen coming out of Lake Steven's has made myself and my partners aggressively question a continued relationship with US Bank as a whole.

Diana Boyko1They had the nicest team here few years ago. New manager Adam is rude, unhelpful and not nice at all. The whole branch team left the branch. Impossible to do business there anymore. We left the branch and started doing most of our business at a different bank as well.

mine noneya1The team that was at the Lake Stevens branch when we opened our account was real nice and helpful. Then they got a new branch manager and he is very unhelpful. I will not be doing business here again while he is the branch manager. Very poor service!
