  Spent more time in waiting room than with tax preparer. I know our tax prep is simple so I had hoped to get some questions answered about future planning as elderly parent is moving in with us. Nope, can only help with this year's taxes. $185 for 10 mins of their time. To top it off I called with a question about this year's taxes about a week after I saw them and they have yet to call me or email back...another week later. Will not use again. Edit: just reviewed our bank statement and found they overcharged us $100 on top of the $185 fee. Can't even do their own bookkeeping . Bad customer service, rude on telephone and still unresolved. Today I was told that the total is $285 and basically tough luck. Then they hung up on me. What a great way to do business.

  Justin is THE MAN! He knows how to get your taxes done right and most beneficial for you. No wonder he is booked out a year in advance. Doesn't matter how complicated or straightforward your taxes are, they get them done right the first time. Professional and quick.

  We have used LSTS for the last 8 years for taxes and are so pleased with everything they do for us. They also help us with payroll for our small business along with answering so many questions for us throughout the year. We have recommended friends and family, and they all use LSTS now..   LS Tax is more than my tax professional. They are my business advisors. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for their guidance and expertise. Everyone there is amazing! Quick books, personal and business taxes, payroll, whatever my needs are, they have been there.

  I have been with Lake Stevens Tax service for 32 years. They have done our personal taxes and our business taxes. In the past 32 years we have had three different businesses. They helped us with getting set up with all the businesses along with doing payroll and making sure all our T's are crossed.   All I know ids I got a lot more money back from the IRS than I expected. These folks were thouough and pleasen to tdeal with from beginning to end. I am coming back.
