  It is embarrassing how often their ONE ATM is down and cant deposit/withdrawal. Update on my 4th visit and their one ATM is once again down. I recommend people to change banks

  Me and my fiance went here to cash our stimulus checks. The bank teller just looked at ours and said, "sorry, we can't cash these" without an explanation or anything. Just save your time and go elsewhere.

  The Modesto branch of US Bank has not been maintaining the landscaping around their McHenry branch parking lot. In particular, there is a tree that appears dead & a huge branch has fallen off. It’s been laying in the parking lot for over a month. Now there is more junk laying in the lot. It’s a hazard & it makes the lot look almost abandon. Even if the branch is closed to all but drive-through, there is an obligation to take care of your property so Modesto can be proud.

  Don’t trust this bank. Corporate mistreats their employees, forces them to work in unsafe conditions and tries to get them to sign liability waivers after being held at gun point. Take your business to a company that deserves it!

  J is the worst teller ever. Rude and apparently doesn’t know anything. This is the worst bank I have ever been to.

  Its not kept up on the outer side of the building. Really dirty. Scary to go there at night cause there's alot of tweakers by the ATM.
