  Awesome place. Sold a Milwaukee sander quick and easy. The guy there was awesome. Offer wasn't as much as I would have sold to a private party but that's the point of a pawn shop. Take less for the quick sale. All in all best pawn shop I've been to. I've only been to pawn shops a couple times tho. Looked like they had some really good prices in there too.

  I love love this place all of my jewelry comes from here. I love that its a family owned business. And everyone is so nice and amazing. I even have more jewelry that i dont wear in my safe. These ladies and gentlemen are my husband's go to ppl for jewelry. Thanks guys. We've been customers for over 13yrs.

  This place made you feel welcomed YEARS ago when David and his son were the ones up front helping customers.. my husband and I always had a wonderful experience every time he’d purchase a piece from there …. The women who think they run the shop now are rude, don’t make you feel welcomed at all, it’s almost as if they get aggravated when asking to see pieces jewelry .. haven’t stepped foot in there ever again because of them.

  We went here to look at engagement rings. For such a small space, this store has a huge inventory of jewelry and fine rings. I found several that we really like. Their prices are very reasonable, too. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. This shop is a gem.

  Good honest people who treat you like family. They don't judge and business is business. Your treated like any other customer. Their prices are fair, but negotiable. I appreciate their sincere HONESTY. They know Jewelry and will make 150% effort to meet your needs, whether your selling or buying.

  Excellent service by Brooks Pawn staff. I needed a pair of binoculars that were described as for "in store pickup only". They were the exact model I needed and I could not find them anywhere else. But I live in Pennsylvania so going to the physical store would be a bit of a burden. I called and talked to Steve. He arranged for me to purchase the binoculars and they shipped them to me. I appreciate them going the extra mile to satisfy a customer. (April 2015)

  Great family owned local business. Outstanding customer service. I don't know how anyone would give them a bad review. The ladies in there are so nice and they will all help you as much as they can. The dogs are awesome to!!

  We have done business with David and Tori Brooks, their Children and Grandchildren for 35+ years ever since the little one room office on Wright st. when we first met David. Over that 35 years we have went from pawnee to purchasers. During this time I have gotten in trouble enough times to double up diamond rings on every finger of both my wife's hands. We have always got a great value, quality jewelry, courtesy and above all FAIRNESS AND HONESTY. All this developed into a 35 years friendship where even the Grandkids call you by your first name when you come in. Buy, Pawn, do business here with peace of mind, you are going to be treated right. THE PRICE IS RIGHT!!!! Mike and Sandy and if they see this they will know instantly who it is, see what we mean.
