  I had to give 1 star just to give my review I would give 0. This bank has horrible customer service and is never opened when it days it is on the internet. Whoever manages this bank needs to go learn how to manage.

  The customer service in this branch is the worst I’ve ever had. The employees that work in this branch walk around with their nose way to high. Can’t even greet anybody or smile.

  Went to get a temporary ATM card for the 2nd time and this would be the 4th card I had to be issued this month because of fraud activity my card has been used in southern California at the same time I had used it here in Northern California and money was taken out of my account twice now I have about 4 fraud cases now active. So the greeter his name was Evie I explain to him that I needed a temp.atm card and he said oh you need a appointment. Since when did this become a thing? I had gone to the branch on Oakdale rd 2 weeks earlier at about 10min.before closing on a Friday and they took me right in. Evie said straight out no without a appointment it couldn't be done. As I looked at 2 employees with no one at their desk that could have done it for me. Also I was there at 2pm so 2hours before closing time. So mr.evie was very rude and unhelpful and didn't try to help out like maybe walking 10ft. to one of the ladies at their empty desk to see if they could accomadate me very quickly. It only took 10min at the Oakdale branch. But no Mr. Evie decided to be rude and unhelpful and frankly lazy to give a little good customer service. If this fraud activity continues one more time I will take my business elsewhere. Especially after seeing all these other bad reviews on here.Get a new greeter at your branch because Mr.evie is making your branch look bad and I'm sure he will do this to other customers also.

  Came in on a Saturday only to find a locked door. Saturday hours are incorrect.

  I've never seen a bank closed during weekdays, and with no explanation. Seems like 2 out of the 4 branches in modesto are down. What is going on? I've trusted you guys with my money and when I go to get it you make it so difficult because now the there is a mile long line at the other branches. Will take my business elsewhere.

  Make business deposits at numerous Bank Of Americans and this is the only one I've ever had to deal with that does not have a merchant teller. Over 10 teller spots and usually only 2 are open and working. Anytime I make deposits for this business location I have to keep my site closed 2-3x longer than normal due to the long and slow lines. Workers themselves are nice. At least the ones I've dealt with. Just gotta get you a proper merchant teller line and while you're making people wait outside in the heat and sun perhaps do like walmart and provide pop up canopies for people to stand under.

  The worst bank in Modesto, I only go here to run deposits but now the drop box is locked, this place is so inconvenient.

  I tried to get a verified check as my award check was through Bank of America. They denied that. I tried to get a cashier's check. Denied again. I understand that the check was large, but how the hell do you refuse something that comes from your own bank? Terrible customer service. Thes employees there need to find a different career.

  Went to cash a Merrill lynch B of A check from my 401k and they refused to cash it told me the amount was to much. I asked what is the amount I could cash and they said they could not tell me. I asked it’s there check with there name on it and the refused. I have bee thinking about how I need to open a account and deal less with cash and Bank of America will definitely not be getting my Business, not that they care

  Tellers are rude... today I went in to withdraw money and told the teller who's name tag said Evie but he didn't look like an Evie , that my last experience in the bank I was treated like I was going to rob the place ,Evie said " no you weren't I was here and you weren't " I told him " well that's how I felt " he said no you didn't. Guess now Evie knows what I felt .
