Cori Billings1They give you a debit card when opening your account and indicate they'll order you a permanent card. Then they don't. Your card gets shut off, in the worst situation. Then you complain. Then they claim they ordered you a replacement, and will send it directly to the branch. Then they don't. Then your replacement temporary card gets shut off in the worst possible situation. And the circuit continues. Additionally, they can't turn it back on. Seriously the worst bank I've ever used.

Spencer Thomas2Had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just so i could do a 30 second cash deposit. Do not go to this branch if you value your time. They are painfully slow and under staffed.
