  The Jordan River Branch is amazing! Amanda and her team there are top notch and go above and beyond making sure you have a great experience! I have been going for years and they have been perfect to work with! I recommend them to any one I know and tell everyone they are the best! I definitely recommend going to see them!

  The experiences my entire family has had at this branch and especially with Amanda have been second to none. So much so that we chose to close our accounts with Zions Bank and make Deseret First our primary banking entity. My wife and I have bank accounts in 3 different countries, and the way everyone at the South Jordan branch makes us feel is truly unique & has set us to be members for the rest of our lives, including our children!

  Corey was great to work with, the process went smoothly. My questions were answered promptly. Transferring my car loans was an extra thing that Corey recommended and it saved me money on the monthly payment and the overall with the lower interest rate. Thanks for your help.

  I pay for an auto loan here. It is automatically drafted on the same day every month from my checking account WITH THEM. Yet every month I get multiple notices that my payment is past due. then every 6 months without fail, they send me a notice that I need to send proof of insurance. I do. Then the next month they charge me for their over priced penalty insurance and I need to fight them on that. NEVER BANK HERE!

  I've always had a good experience at this branch. We have done home refinance, auto loans, checking/savings accounts and never had a bad experience. If I need something done a specific way, I ask for it to be done that specific way; I have never had a problem with anyone. they have been fantastic for my personal finance. Their app is not flashy, but it is adequate for the basics, which makes me feel better about using it. Not trying to do too much makes me feel safer with the available functions. We have been baking with them for 15+ years. My one complaint is their BYU vs UTAH "contests." Go Aggies!
