  Worst customer service in the business!!! Been with this credit union for about 10 years. I made a deposit yesterday (that I have made every month for the last 5 years) and I was told that they'd now need to hold my deposits for at least 2 business days because I don't have enough history with them. I guess if 10 years isn't enough history, I'll take my business elsewhere since I need to build history somewhere. This used to be a great credit union and branch with some really nice people there, but it's not anymore. Maybe someone should inform them that credit unions and banks are on every corner and the only thing that sperates them from the competition is their customer service - which is now terrible. I'll be telling everyone I know (and even those I don't) to avoid Security Service Federal Credit Union.

  I set up a power protected checking account and a Savings account Savanna helped me through the entire process and she was fantastic when you are deciding on where to bank SSFCU is the best ask for Savanna.

  I LOVE this branch. Mainly because I love the Branch Manager, Bailee. I drive from Saratoga Springs to this branch BECAUSE of the personalized service I receive here and from Bailee. When you find someone that has learned about ME and my family and our financial needs, you drive 28 miles to another branch when a closer branch is 9 miles or 21 miles away. Thank you So Jordan SSFCU Branch!

  This financial institution is the best I have ever dealt with in 17 years since I came to America. I have had accounts at different banks and this bank (headquartered out of state), has been the one that has given me the trust any customer expects to receive. In return, I have always come back to them for any financial need. The tellers are friendly, the staff are friendly. But special kudos for the assistant manager, Sumara. Every time I am in any financial need, there she is to help me with her professionalism, knowledge, and doing things in a promptly manner. I think SSFCU should keep growing in Utah. Thank you guys for giving me the trust I always wanted from a financial institution. I cannot do anything, but reciprocate that trust with loyalty for many years to come.

  I came in for financial assistance and met with Vay. She was very warm, friendly and approachable. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She is very good on what she do. She is very knowledgeable. She helped me save money and reduce my debts. I am so grateful for her. This place is lucky to have her as part of the team.

  We have tried to pay off our car loan for six months. Every time we try they have a reason we cannot. They even told us if we opened a credit card with them that we could put the remaining car balance on the card, pay the card off and get points. When we tried to do this they said we couldn’t. They have made everything incredibly difficult and frustrating. We finally were able to successfully pay off our car today (with a lot of force) and we canceled all accounts with them. I feel that they have lied to us many times. Every time we talked to someone we got a different answer. We look forward to not working with Security Service.

  I had Jonny as my loan officer and he was amazing to work with. I felt like I was truly a friend to him. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all without making it seem like he was frustrated. You can definitely tell this man loves his job. I would recommend anyone to go to this location and ask for Jonny you won’t be disappointed

  I've had my auto loan through ssfcu for a couple years now and have stayed in good standings with my payments. I decided id like to trade my vehicle but wasn't in the best position to do so and knew it when my first choice didn't go through. I called the 1800 to get more info to better understand how things operate. I was lucky enough to speak to a senior loan officer, Johnny. After speaking with him he gave me some advice and was able to get me approved on my second choice. I feel like im in a way better position financially and am really grateful for his help. I didn't feel like I was another application but a person trying to do better for myself and he saw that. Thanks johnny again for your help.
