  This is the 2nd loan I've closed with Elle. And AGAIN she out did my builders "preferred lender" even after the builders incentives. I've shopped at a lot of different direct lenders and 3rd party brokers including discount online volume- driven- to-scale lenders. Elle has been instrumental in successfully closing my loan before my house was done (and at the last minute from switching over to her from the builders lender). My builder was worried about bringing my own Lender but it turns out Elle outperformed them in both time AND incentives. Please reach out to Elle if you are in the market, you won't regret it.   Jason is INCREDIBLE. I cannot recommend him enough! I was in a pretty tough bind and getting really high rates with all the lenders I worked with. But he worked really diligently and got us locked in at an incredible rate. I'm a complete noob to the process and had the dumbest questions, but he was always super patient and very good at explaining things. He's also super responsive and got back to me immediately through text or calls and made me feel very valued. We were so stressed during this process until we found Jason! Then it was all a breeze from there. 10/10 highly recommend!

  I would like to thank Jason Willett from First Colony mortgage for getting my loan approved before time. He is really professional and man of words throughout the entire lending process.   Elle in the Orem branch was awesome. She got me the best rate after I had been aggressively shopping and locked me in at a 2.875% 30yr rate at a reasonable price. She met all my requirements to maximize my monthly cash flow and cash back. After shopping at 5 different mortgage lenders including the online lenders, Elle at the Orem Branch was able to beat them all and closed on my loan on time without any hiccups during underwriting or closing.

  Jason really stepped up and went beyond his duties. As a first time home buyer he answered all my questions (a lot) and concerns about every aspect of getting into my house. He helped when my realtor was not available a certain times along this process. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that will be purchasing.
