      After having my account hacked and experiencing identity theft I called the fraud department. That was not the best experience. It took about an hour. The fraud department asked me to fill out some forms at a local branch. I met Adam Dey at the Los Osos branch. Best customers service you could ever get! Adam was amazing. Thanks Adam!
