  I've had to use a selection of body shops in the SLO area lately and Los Osos Auto Body was by far the best. Exceptional service, quick turnaround and professional work that exceeded my expectations. A rare find and I thoroughly recommend them.

  I had some damage on my back bumper and Los Osos Auto Body fixed it perfectly and in a timely manner. Everyone was very perfessional and were good at communicating and updating me on the progress. Aaa recommended them and they worked great with my insurance company. They even washed my car before they gave it back to me. I would definitely use them again!

  This body shop is the absolute best you will find. We had a bumper get partly ripped off the front of our car while on vacation near Los Osos. We limped over to this body shop and within minutes they had it on a hoist and put it back in place so that we could drive home hundreds of miles away and have it fixed where we live. We were literally in and out of there in 15 to 20 minutes and they refused to charge us. These guys are brilliant. Do not hesitate for one second to hire them. They are amazing.

  Completed repairs on our car. Daily text messages with updates were a pleasant surprise. Work appears to have been done well. Took a little longer than anticipated, but we were not in a hurry.

  Daniel helped me with my repairs. He was friendly and professional and was a big help. I had never been through an insurance claim before and found that, with his help, the process was completely painless and easy. Daniel kept me informed on the process throughout, the total repairs taking about 10 days from drop off on a Friday morning to pick up on a Tuesday afternoon. Upon pick up of the vehicle I noticed a detail that I felt needed adjustment -- a little thing barely noticeable, but important to me -- and Daniel quickly and with no hesitation took the vehicle back to a tech to have the adjustment made while I waited. The repairs are unnoticeable, the feathering between old and new paints being done skillfully and with attention to detail. The replacement parts match the old parts beautifully. I did not chose to say that this place offers a good value because I simply have nothing to gauge that off of; but I will say that if I ever am in an accident again, I know exactly where I will be taking my vehicle. Highly recommended.

  Travis from this place took care of damage to my 2008 Ford Ranger truck late last year after criminal neighbors trashed the body, sprayed rust on axels and tire rims, dented it with some heavy item, and more. The body shop did a pretty decent job on parts of it, so when I decided to get my whole truck painted to what it was before further damage, he told me in very specific terms that it would cost me upwards of $20K because California has a very special kind of paint that would cost me over $20K here. He told me I should go to Nevada where they could do the job for a fraction of what I would pay in California. He went into great detail to tell me how expensive our paint was here and how it would be much better off having it done in Nevada for around $1200.. I was so shocked I decided to call around to see who could paint it for less than $20,000. I started making calls and was told by everyone that it would never cost me anywhere NEAR $20K, and possibly less than $1200! I would NEVER go back to Los Osos Auto Body and would definitely discourage anyone else to go there. Travis acted in an unprofessional manner and told me a horrendous lie for NO REASON. I believe any other body shop would be more honest.

  I recently had body work, repairs and adjustments done at Los Osos Auto Body and worked with Daniel throughout the process. Daniel was professional and polite, went beyond what I would have expected, and went the extra mile for me in working with the adjusters and insurance company. My car was returned to me in perfect condition and on time. Los Osos Auto Body is the place to go for the best service and repairs.

  I am a auto mechanic in san Luis Obispo. I bring my car to Los Osos Auto body because they are the best of the best. Tony took me on a tour of the shop the place is set up really nice all the latest equipment. car lifts in every stall and a lot of hi tech gadgets for fixing cars. super impressed. They did a excellent job on my truck. I will send all my family there.
