  I used the ATM at this bank only because I have a prepaid debit card and it doesnt charge me a fee to withdraw money but when the transaction was complete and the screen said please take your money, there was no money to take because the machine did not dispense any . The money was deducted from my acct though. I went into the bank to speak with them about the situation the following Monday because this happened after the bank was closed for the weekend, and I was told that because my card was not a Premier Bank card, that I would have to contact the card issuer to get my money back. I am pretty sure that the bank was over $500.00 in that ATM machine so they should have been able to look at my receipt transaction number and give me my money but instead, I have to waite up to 45 business days to get the money back from my card issuer because they have to investigate the transaction. I am very upset about this because this situation has caused me to be behind on some of my Bill's. Although I'm unhappy about the situation, I do have to say that the woman I spoke with at the bank was very friendly.

  I Mary Hennessey Owner of Kitty's Kitchen , have been a customer since they took over Heritage Oaks, I really can't say enough nice things, Ryan, God Bless you he is the bank Manager, he always there for you when you have a problem, always willing to help. And trust me, he is always right there for you if you need help. Good home town treatment.   The staff at this bank are always friendly, attentive and professional. The manager, Ryan, will go above and beyond for his customers. I have had only the best experiences at Pacific Premier Bank in Morro Bay.

  Very upset! I don't always have a car, To go through the drive-through.. Basically I'm not supposed to drive because of health reasons.. Went today to get a cashier's check, Was told the only thing I could do, To get that cashier's check, was walk through the drive-through... I think walking through the drive-through is dangerous and not something we should have to do, Just to Get banking things done.. Very unhappy Michelle Craig

  This bank does a wonderful job. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is easy do business with them. There are no crazy fees, the mobile app is simple and efficient as is banking online. 5 stars

  Shows drive thru as open until 5pm. It was closed at 4:30pm when I went to do my banking. Very disappointing. Maybe update online hours to reflect what they are.
