  The owner of this company Leon cannot control his temper or emotions Find another company to do business with than this one Dealing in customer service you need to be able to control your emotions and temper If you're going to run a professional real estate company you need to not take your frustration and anger out on somebody else that has nothing to do with a sale of a house You don't go to somebody's house with two adult men and have one of them act like a child who is a older adult supposed to be representing the company he owns And blaming other people for things that they are not involved in that's not how you run a company that's how you run a company into the ground Leon and Simon both need to man up and apologize for their actions is screaming and yelling at somebody else that is not even involved with the company or not even using the company is how you get a bad reputation regardless if you're going to lose the sale of the house or not I have never used this brokerage realtor company and I will never use this company and I will never recommend it to anybody because of how unprofessional Leon and Simon were

  I rented for one year at 3080 Lake Drive in Marina, CA from Bay Osos Property Management. They are headquartered 140 miles from the apartment, but this did not prevent them from being businesslike, friendly, and responsive to my requests. Jennifer (the manager in Los Osos) returned each of my emails and calls on the day she received them. Kyle (the onsite manager) was very accommodating. He showed me the apartment after hours on short notice. During the move out inspection, he noticed marks on the walls which were too high for me to reach. Instead of penalizing me for this, he actually cleaned them up for me. I received 100% of my deposit back less than three weeks later.

  I worked with Leon and his staff on a project and I can confidently say they are a honest and hard-working team. It was a pleasure to collaborate with them. Thanks Leon.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE. I rented from them for 5 miserable years. My utility bills would come sporadically, and once it was time to move out, they made ME show the unit. I got a call saying someone was interested and asked if they could do a showing on Tuesday at 2PM.. I said sure. The prospective tenants show up, telling me that it is my job to show the place. I was a RENTER. I called management, and told them if I was going to be doing their job, I expected to get paid. Moving in, the place was filthy. I marked EVERYTHING down that was dirty/broken, and moving out, I was told I had to fix/clean it, regardless of move in status. I would never, ever rent from them again. This place is absolutely disgusting. This review will get deleted soon. They pay people to delete all negative reviews...

  I DO NOT recommend them. Horrible experience and heartless individuals run this company. This is a small town and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone.

  The lady in The front desk ..super nice !!!super helpful!!! this company should train competition agencies in Morro Bay ir open one there..
