      Dont go to this bank! There are many other banks with better management. The manager at this US Bank Branch will slander your name with complete untruths. He needs to be fired. He has no respect for anyone and thinks he is better and smarter than everyone!

      This branch always gives me the run around when I have to cash my check. They make me feel like a second class citizen. I never have problems at the Lake Elsinore branch(inside the Albertsons)the staff is always friendly and helpful. To make matters worse when I contacted customer service they told me to make friends with the bank manager and staff so that I would have issues in the future..?? So basically if I want to cash my whole check I need to grease some palms at this branch SMH.

      I had a issue with the ATM the manager for this Branch Frank Aragon. Refused to assist me he just chose to tell me to leave that the atm is not his issue. That i need to open a claim with my bank. And Yet im at my bank but he refuses to assist a customer in need. This is not professional management. This is not good customer service. I have been a customer for years. And i had always been helped but today. I felt i was robbed by my bank and not helped.

      Christopher at the Moreno Valley Branch on Iris (inside Stater Brothers) was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended.

      The Manager at the IRIS branch in Moreno Valley is horrible. I am a twenty year customer and he treated like trash. I am currently contemplating closing my accounts (5) with them
