      I called here to ask to speak to someone in the loan department. The lady said how can I help you, I stated is this the loan department she said no I can help.. So I proceed to ask her about the max pay for a personal loan. The lady replied $5000, I said no thats not true she said yes it is. I told her I took out a personal loan for $×××××. She said that's with collateral. I stated no its not she said hold on. She gets back on phone and say the limit is $25,000 for personal loan, but she said it with an attitude because she found out she gave me false information and had no idea what she was talking about. This is for the lady at that branch I dont know her name but, next time someone ask to speak to someone in a certain department just transfer them instead of giving false information.

      So, I love this bank. The staff are just the best. One problem, since the Covid shutdowns, the location in my town has shut down twice. At least the first time they sent us an email to tell us why. Today, I went there and the entire bank was closed with a note taped to the outside of the front door stating they were 'temporarily closed'. I was like, "What???" No email. No explanation. Just closed. Not very customer friendly.

      The worst usbank branch ever, seeking for help for over 2 weeks no results, no one knows everything looks like no manager on site,no communication between employees had to go to other locations
