  Go somewhere else I'm done with case after 10yrs I been with them especially if you want yo refinance your home they say your approved but reality they take your 500 dollars and tell you sorry. Don't trust chase.

  Stopped by in a rush the other day trying to get a cashier’s check for my closing in half an hour and Yomara and Patty, I believe their names were, did the best job trying to help me out even though we ran into a problem. So grateful for their rushing and understanding that day.

  Sarah is the best. I was frustrated coming in due to lack of phone support from the branch, but she changed my whole perception around with quick, attentive, and efficient service. If you need to see a personal banker ask for Sarah!!!

  Go somewhere else I am done with chase !!!been there 5 years deposited my check and they held most of it till it clears ..never done that before so now I wait 5 days to get money ...chase is garbage
