Had to make appt to get into the safe deposit box. Very friendly. Accommodating. What I didn't like was that there were no tellers available for bank transactions.

Great bank. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only thing I think they could improve is having more tellers. I have gone in a few times and had to wait for a teller to show up.
