      Very pleasurable experience! Quick, friendly, and got into the car I wanted with no money down. Kim and Amber are very good at what they do. This is the 5th that I've bought from regal here in joplin over the years. Good quality cars. Thank you so much for helping me with my car needs!!!

      Izzy was great to work with. Super friendly and helpful. Not as honest as I hoped though. She told us that we could call if we needed and they would work with us which turned out to be a lie. They will not work with you. Beth, the account manager, is a nightmare to deal with. She is rude, condescending, and hateful. I will take my money elsewhere and will not recommend this location to anyone!

      Good selection of cars with fantastically high prices. If you’re desperate like I was and afraid you wouldn’t qualify anywhere else well that’s the place to go. But beware you may get a lemon. Your car comes with a warranty but it can only be taken to their shop. And don’t be in to big a rush to get it back. If you call to ask questions better be a man or have one call. They either treat you like your stupid or blow you off.

      Amber and Kim was completely awesome!!!!! I had been looking for a specific vehicle and I just happened to find one in Columbia Mo from regal I know that but of these ladies went above and beyond to get that vehicle here to joplin for me. I had searched other lots and pricing for exact vehicle was exactly where it should have been with out over paying like other lots, so thank you AMBER, KIM, and REGAL

      As most people that left a "good" review I was asked to leave a "good" review to enter to a big screen TV when I purchased my car. But here's the truth about MY personal experience with the Joplin Regal. (The car was almost on E, Amber told me they would only put $10 in). Anyways, the day I got the car I tried to charge my phone, the charging port didn't work. I called and spoke with Amber, she told me it needs new fuses. I thought no biggie they aren't expensive. The next day I noticed there was a CD stuck in the player. Again, I called and spoke with Amber, she suggested I take it to creative car audio, I'm taking it they don't want to fix their own stuff. The next week after walking out of Walmart to go home with groceries I just bought my car wouldn't start. I had my friend come jump me and I took it to O'rileys. The battery was so corroded and needed replaced. Once again I called and spoke with Amber to see if they would cover the expense as it's only been a week since purchasing the car and I'm already having to buy a new battery. She informed me that it wasn't covered under the warranty, which I understood that, but bad business as I was sold a car with a bad battery. I've now had the car for only 3 months, and having to purchase 4 new tires as the back passenger tire was so bad the wires were showing. Also needing to buy new wipers. All of this in only 3 months of having the car. If you truly want a car that is sold AS IS, and purchasing from a car lot that once you leave they will not help you at all, Joplin Regal is just the place for you.

      I will not give them a1 star. I bought a car in July for almost $9000. I asked them if there was anything wrong with it, they said no. Two weeks later I had to spend $200 to fix a purge canister leak because it was not undet the warranty and a week later while I was driving down the highway the front bumper came so loose I have to tied it so it don't fall off. Also the passenger headlight is only holding with one bolt instead of two. The other one bracket is missing. I can see this happening with a car of lesser value and bought as is. Now I will have to fix the bumper and headlight and don't have the money to do it. When I called them to let them know all they can said is sorry. Sorry just don't cut it. They sold me a very expensive lemon.

      I would 100% tell someone to go to Joplinregal! Brandy was amazing and helped me get into my lovely new car!! She got me approved for what I wanted and was super nice! She helped me with all my questions!

      I will say the car sales person Amber Morris was wonderful. Other than that this place is awful. Customer service after the sale is a joke Izzy and the manager wouldnt know customer service if it bit them in the rear. If you are a spouse be sure you get your name on the loan EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY NOT WORK BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO The vehicle if you dont. Save yourself heartache and grief go somewhere else
