  Nicole made the process extremely easy, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was always available to answer any question or just help out when I needed information. She is very knowledgeable, and will do anything she can to help her customers.   My loan officer Nicole Hopper was incredibly helpful and hardworking. She did a ton of legwork to optimize my loan for my particular situation, and was adept at explaining the process such that I could understand and navigate it as a first-time home buyer. Setting my loan up was truly a breeze and I'm incredibly grateful for Nicole's and FirstTrust's expertise!

  I met with them and they seemed nice, and said they would be available via text to answer any questions, and completely ignored my messages and never got back to me.

  Our agent was Marla. We received her name from other people that had loans through her in the past. I can honestly say she worked with us every step of the way to get this loan completed as quickly as possible. She was there whenever we needed help or had a questions. She professionalism was top notch. I would recommend her to anyone looking to refinance or purchasing a new loan.
