Brandi Shipley1I teach school in Joplin. I was needing to open and account and get something notarized. I went there on my break at 9:30 and doors are locked. I tried calling on Wednesday and Thursday and never did get to speak with an actual person. Is there anyone that works at the 7th and Main branch that can open me an account real fast it literally takes 10 min at most and get something notarized and I can be there by 9:15 a.m. today.

Kaitlyn Stringer5I want to say just how grateful and appreciative I am of this building and the staff inside. They were the only ones who welcomed me out of the cold. Gave me a snack and told me I could sit for a few so I could find a ride home. And that's honestly the kindest people have been to me in quite a while. Most people forget that decency and patience and understanding should be automatically given and I will forever be thankful for their kindnesses today.

Aaron Oglesby1This is the slowest bank ever. I have been here numerous times and a good majority of them have been me sitting in my vehicle upwards of an hour just for a simple deposit. If you want to be done in less than 10 minutes I would suggest using the ATM

Kim Nally1A new low. I was just informed that my customers will be charged $5 every time they cash our checks EVEN THOUGH I have an account with them. Nickel and dime!

Cherrie Love1I went here to deposit some money in my account and they sent a receipt with the wrong amount of deposit. I deposit 300 and and the receipt said 200. So i called them right away from the drive threw and they said they are going to see why they didnt deposit the other 100 so the lady comes back and said oh the other 100 was on the floor and then she said i deposit it in your account already. Like really? Didn't even apologize for losing my money. If i would of drove off that money wouldnt been in my account due to not knowing whos money it could of been! Since ive opened my account with arvest ive had nothing but problems with them. Will be closing my account soon.

The Turtle Mom1Cant stand this arvest , I would choose any other Arvest to go to before this one. Everytime i go it's about a 20 to 30 minute wait. I have even had bank tellers roll their eyes at me . I will always go to the one on rangeline, they know how to do their jobs quickly without attitudes.
