Jonathan Woody1US Bank has the worst customer service. They close branches in small towns, have the least open hours of all banks and credit unions in our town, and treat you like you are a problem they have to deal with rather than a customer who has been with them for 15 years both personal and business! No reason to bank here anymore it's worth the trouble to change accounts believe me. I bank online mostly, but needed a cashiers check in order to buy a piece of equipment for work. I called the branch twice but no one answered, so I drove the 30 miles to town after work. Arrived at 4:10 pm to see a woman closing the bank. I asked why the Bank wasn't open until at least 5 and she laughed and said it hadn't been open that late in a long time. Local credit unions are! I

Marci Michael1How can a bank close at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and have NO drive up teller services available? Very inconvenient! Covid is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Father Time1The woman that opens and closes the bank when the manager isn't there is a lier and talks behind your back. Dont go to that bank at all. She will stab you in the back
