  I highly recommend Award Home Loans. We worked with Jeannie to purchase our first home 23 years ago, and refinanced to update about 10 years ago. After selling our first home over the summer, this October, we purchased our second home. And we couldn't have accomplished it without Jeannie, she went above and beyond making it very clear this is more than a vocation for her, it is her way of life.   Jeannie has helped me through financing my first home and then refinancing a few years later. Her help is invaluable and I felt comfort in working through this process with someone I could trust. Back when I bought my home she helped me estimate monthly payments on potential homes I was looking at and when I finally found the one that accepted my offer she got me a competitive rate. Now that it's been a few years we looked into refinancing and she found me an even better rate. I am so happy with her help and customer service!   I cannot say enough good things about Jeannie! She is a super wonderful person and a fantastic mortgage broker. Even though she could not get through the issues I brought to the table, she tried everything for me. She is honest but she will work like the devil for you to do what she can to meet your needs.   Jeannie Hughes is amazing! I called her to inquire about a home loan and which would suit my needs the best. Jeannie did a little digging... emailed me the options.. and a list of items she needed to get us started. She worked hard to get me the best rate possible and even made phone calls to my insurance company when they were being difficult! I highly recommend Jeannie.   We had a wonderful experience refinancing our VA mortgage loan with Jeanine at Award Home Loans. After shopping around we chose to work with Jeanine not only because she was able to get us the best rate but because of her fun and sweet nature. She was absolute pleasure to work with!   Jeannie Hughes was awesome. I can't recommend her highly enough. She helped me with an IRRRL. It was the most painless home loan process I have ever been through. She blew the competition out of the water. She was able to close in a fraction of the time and got me a significantly better rate. If you have a VA loan and are eligible for an IRRRL, you need to give Jeannie a call ASAP. She has earned all of my future business. I would like to note, she did this all during the height of the "Pandemic" when people are refinancing like crazy.
