  Came to this branch to open a ''secondary'' business account because I was around the area... clerk spent hours and hours uploading the paperwork for it... and a few weeks later, they sent me a letter notifying me they will close the account because the paperwork is ''incorrect. We used the same paperwork to open the main business account (on another branch) and had no problems, now these guys made me do all of it again.

  I was terrified to go in here because of all the bad reviews. I don't know what you all were talking about. We got excellent and friendly service. The teller was helpful and seemed to really care about what we needed.

  This is the second match I looked up and went to that says there were open today. From 9 till 6 only thing that was open what is the ATM. You guys need to update timeline information this is very good give me more people that do need to make money transfers or withdrawals but I am more than the ATM can handle

  I have been with US bank for quite awhile now have had 2 pretty major issues and they have been outstanding on helping me fix quickly and in a very timely manner! Customer service at this branch is great!

  Well went to Deposit money in my friends acct and they demanded that I give them my ID and Social Security number or I couldn't deposit the funds! Wow it made me feel like a criminal
