  I have several accounts with this bank. I went in to open a business bank acct because when I submitted it online I was told I need to speak to a person. My time is limited so I went into this branch today and was told we don’t have time today. Seriously?? So I can’t open one online, at location or over the phone? Guess I’m switching banks.

  Was Totally discriminated against at this branch. I have been a long time us bank member and where I have never had a problem getting my money 💰 I was refused my Own money. The bank manager obviously didn't like my looks because without even coming out but looking out the glass denied me my funds. US bank should check the manger of this bank. This type of behavior is frowned on these days.

  Worst customer service in life. Karen has a terrible attitude and doesn't seem to like anyone unless theyre an account holder . She has no empathy whatsoever!! Very condescending and just rude. Basically threw my money at me. Never smiled constantly rolled her eyes from the moment I walked up to the counter. She is not a good fit for this team.

  on Saturday I set up to wire some money to close escrow, the lady said it would have to wait till Monday morning. So today,Monday, I called the bank because the money was not wired they put me on hold repeatedly about 5 times. The money is still not wired. This is terrible.

  Every time I go in to use the atm machine is never working . And if it works you can’t deposit money or take money out what’s the point of having atm machine if it’s never working .horrible
