  Worst bank ever, i wish i can give them a 0. Always have to wait here for 30 mins with 10 windows and only two available at all the times. These its the same as walmart just a waist of time and staff here are so rude. Careful

  Really should adjust hours on Google, along with my self saw atleast 6 people leaving as mad as me.

  They are always extremely slow except to stand in line for an hour and a half at minimum only 2 tellers very poor service.

  SAD!!!! 2 Tellers 25 of us in line , and the 4 suits walking around looking important customer's in back and front of me complaing ( Its worse than the DMV)

  Looks like a prison. Tellers walled in. Long lines,only 2 tellers. Worst bank ever. High fees.limits on withdrawals on your own money.

  I wouldn't normally review a bank, but I have to say this establishment has taken care of me ever since I went from teen to adult and I have never had an issue other then needing my withdraw limit upped and even with that they took care of it in a breeze.

  Worst bank ever this is the second time that I'm using this branch and on both times they had a lot of unhappy customers and a huge waiting line just bcz they have two tellers at a time they have more windows to open but their short on employee so I would not suggest this branch unless you want to waist your tiem

  By far the worst service I ever received in my life,Jessica was rude,impatient and not helpful,first time ever trying to get a credit card,well let’s just say I still don’t have have ,thank you Bank of America for your awesome care towards your Customer...

  Horrible management. Been here many times to do regular banking and never have I seen more than two tellers max! Normally just one to help a store full of customers. Horrible

  Worst managed business. ... told me to wait i line and at the window.... "we can't help you" .More the an 10 people working in there and only 3 windows open.
