John Tu1Came in last Wednesday to make a withdrawal of a large amount. The teller told me to make that large amount he has to make an order so I asked how much can I make a withdrawal today he just played me off and just told me you can’t make any withdrawal today. He started asking me question and I feel like I was judge and belittle. He wanted to make sure I’m whom I claimed to be for my account safety when I’m there in person with my debit card and ID in hand and I’m pretty sure he’s the one that opened the account for me too. Wow if it’s gonna be this hard to get my money I think I’m gonna be doing business with a bank that appreciate their customer. I’m coming back in to get my money this Wednesday let’s see how it goes...

Christina Knott1I am incredibly disappointed in this branch. I attempted to make an atm withdrawal. The atm was malfunctioning so I pulled in through the drive through. My request was honored however the customer behind was told we are closed. Please use our drop box. She replied "your atm is down I just need to cash this check!" They told her to come back tommorrow. You have shut many branches, and limited hours due to covid. Please be t red transparent and tell customers you are try to increase your overhead by limiting staff.

Craig Sovereign1My wife's mother is a US Bank customer. She attempted to transfer money into our account via Zelle and it locked her account for "suspicious activity". She called the 800 number and was told nothing could be done and it would reset after 24 hours. After 24 hours she tried again and was still locked out. My wife took her to this branch and Jordan told them that she wouldn't help her and they had to make an appointment for the next day. There were no other customers in the building and their website says they are open for walk-ins. My wife's mother is elderly and has difficulty walking. They made an appointment for the following day and arrived at the scheduled time and waited more than 15 minutes for Jordan. She then informed them that the account lock outs were a known issue and they were "hoping" it would be fixed soon but it could be a few days. I called and requested a callback from Dilcia, the branch manager, but never got called back. Not only does this branch show a callous disregard for it's customers, the overall institution is incompetent to perform the most basic activities of online banking.

Tonisha1I'm here now. The wait is ridiculously long after waiting 10 minutes for my turn i was told I needed to come inside for a money order. Not sympathetic of my time or anything. No sincere apology just ok bye. Go to another us bank he said he is the only one. They are understaffed

Kimberly Hansen1Horrible bank! Froze our acct for “suspicious activity”. Account was closed for almost a week, they continued to hold onto every ACH deposit, told us they were returning them to the vendor, lies. Standing balance of $2400 still won’t issue a cashiers check. All checks and fees have posted and cleared and they still hold our money hostage. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Especially not a small business. They are horrible.
