  Alpha Pawns staff is friendly and courteous. Their selection is quite good and Blu-ray prices are awesome. Husband and I hate paying full price for anything so buying movies at pawn shops always makes more sense and at Alpha Pawn we get more bang for our buck.

  Worst customer service I think I've experienced. I called 3 times to get a firearm transfer. I actually had two transfers to complete with them. One associate never called me back to confirm they received the request(s) for their FFL license to complete the deal, although he promised to call me back. The next associate wouldn't take my phone number so they could call me when they were free, and asked me to call them back because they are always "busy". So he expected me to just keep calling back in the vague timeframe of 30 minutes in the hopes they'll be free? He refused to take my phone number to call me back and insisted I call back randomly, hoping that they wouldn't be busy. Ridiculous. 10 minutes on the phone with a competitor and I had a great experience and all my needs met.

  Dear Clint, We offer firearm transfers for $25 as a courtesy to our customers. That being said, it is not a primary division of our business. Our first concern is going to be helping the customers physically in front of us. If our associates are busy please have patience and understand that we will try to get back with you as soon as possible. Stay positive!

  Guy was very disrespectful told me price was firm and there not facebook and everything on Facebook is stolen when actually i know for a fact they take stolen property because I had a air BNB guest steal some of my tools and pon them at that this pawnshop I recovered them but still I know they take stolen property they are sketchy people and disrespectful ill never shop here. Will spend my money elsewhere

  The lady was unprofessional and was trying to downplay things before even asking questions. I have been here before and would've spoke highly of them. Steer clear of the short lady with tattoos

  It’s always a Joy coming into this store! Great & friendly staff! I really enjoy working with the friendly staff, especially the young gentleman Cody at this store, he always goes above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I leave the store smiling.

  This place is by far the worst, I guess there’s a new manager mike he is rude and disrespectful, I do not know why they got rid of the other one or if he’s still with the company. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to a monkey. He doesn’t know anything and thinks he’s better than you because your walking into a pawn shop. However, he didn’t know what I was there for before being a disgusting individual.
