  Jason is truly wonderful! My husband and I were first time home buyers and to say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. We found Jason through a referral and after our first conversation we knew he was the one we wanted to work with! He helped us understand all aspects of the mortgage process and guided us through every step of the way. He has been such a blessing and we appreciate him so much! He made us feel like a priority and went above and beyond to do everything he could for us. Thank you Jason for taking such great care of us and helping us reach our dream of homeownership!

  Jason and his team are simply amazing. We had a lender previously that was not helpful. Jason knew what we needed to do in order to purchase our first home together. We are very greatly for the phone calls, emails, and text messages. Wonderful communication. Would definitely recommend Jason and his team!

  Jason and team helped me and my partner through the whole home buying experience in the best ways possible. No question was too dumb and we asked a lot of questions. He helped us lock in our best credit score and even gave us tips to making it better. Because of his advice. My credit score jumped up which then gave me an awesome low interest on our house. With something that was so stressful and a housing market we didn’t intend to be in. He made it easy as possible.

  My husband and I have used Jason, and his wonderful assistant Missy, 3 times now. We have nothing bu the utmost trust in both of them. We have never had two people work so hard for us. Jason and Missy guide you through the entire process, step by step. If you ever have a question, they a very quick to respond, and are always professional and sincere. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a lender or loan officer that is personable and has the clients best interests at heart. But, Jason and Missy do just that. My husband and I have referred numerous friends to Megastar, because of the stellar service that Jason provides and that we have always received. My husband and I just closed on our 2nd home, several days ago. We could have went to any lender or bank, in the Kansas City area, and got our loan, but there was no way we would deviate from using Jason and Missy.   This is our second time working with Jason Carleton of MegaStar and this time around was an even better experience than the first time. (Which we didn't think was possible) Jason is attentive and knowledgeable, and an all around great guy to talk with. He knows the ins and outs of financing without even having to get back to you most of the time when you have questions. We had no big surprises at closing, and this is due to Jason's attention to detail and making sure that numbers and estimates are as accurate as possible. We will not use anyone but him and his team for future home purchases, and it goes without saying we recommend him both here and to anyone asking us personally.

  Jason and his team were outstanding. I used them for my home purchase a couple years ago and just used them for my refi. Jason made it very easy. He took the time to explain things very carefully and laid out every option. I felt that he was putting my interests first. I also felt comfortable during the whole process. I knew there wasn’t anything questionable taking place. Jason is honest and genuinely kind. I’ve used home twice now, and I will not go anywhere else for loans. I highly recommend megastar financial and, in particular, Jason Carleton.

  Jason and the team at Megastar are top notch in the mortgage field. They're very knowledgeable about all things involving mortgages which allows them to fit their customers' needs as best as possible.   Jason and his team are the best in the business. I felt like I was treated like family. If you are looking for a lender, you need to look no further as this team will go to the ends of the earth to make things work for you. I would give more stars if I could.
