  I've really tried to give this bank a chance. I've been with them for several years. At the beginning they were pretty good. But now that I've transferred my business accounts and three other checking and savings accounts they act like I'm serving them. Their hours clearly state the drive-through is open at 8:00 a.m. However I find out today after driving all the way to their Englewood location that they don't open till 9:00 for anything! The interest rates on their loans for several points higher than competitive banks. Sorry got to go to a different one now. It's such a pain transferring all your accounts to a different bank. But I'm done with this one!

  I love this location. We have been there with a personal account for many years. When I opened my business account Tommi made it super easy. Everyone there is good but Tommi is the best. When I go to the bank I always go in to see the everyone. I don’t understand the negative reviews, none of them have been my experience. Way to go Mazuma!!!

She’s very very helpful, she can help you with anything that has to do with Mazuma credit union, I trust her and we’ve built a great relationship over the years. She answers questions and explain in detail about any issue you may face. She knows her job very well, and if your looking for someone you can trust that will be on top of things in a professional manner, than I’m here to tell you Kelly is the one for the job.   I have over draft protection, and PayPal falsely charged Mazuma instead of the card I told them to charge. After Paypal refused to correct the issue, I reported it to Mazuma with the information of my attempt to correct it via PayPal first. Mazuma said it would take 3 weeks to investigate, after about 5 weeks they refused to do anything about the erroneous charges keeping hundreds of dollars on over draft fees for less than $100 in charges. Customers are clearly not important, only money.

  This is a poor establishment and are biased on who is allowed what limit of instant cash based on race and are rude, also have the worst customer service there’s not a day i go in there and don't have to wait while there 50 people on computers doing nothing. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who has their own business or side jobs and need their money immediately.

  Drive thru wasn't available for ATM had to go inside. At least it was quick.

  I was truly promised the world with this bank and they haven't delivered on any of it! I have three personal accounts and two business accounts here. They will ALL be closed this month. Thanks to the lack of service here. Highest loan interest I've ever paid or was quoted. Literally within 5 minutes of hanging up I had a 5% lower rate on a vehicle. They make the business accounts nearly impossible to work with. drive-thru is constantly wrapped around the building. All I want to do is make a deposit and I can't even do that without wasting 55 minutes! I'm done! Never again!

  I had written a pretty scathing review about five years ago following being stranded in another city after delivering my travel notification to Mazuma. The review had 4600 views and I think it spoke to my frustration at the time. I went from two embarrassing card malfunctions in two years to zero in almost five years so I have to assume their computer issues have been addressed. It's gotten to the point where I can trust my card to actually work (*knock on wood*). Since then, I've noticed an increase in service from Mazuma. I got my car loan through there and paid off (though I never did get the title in the mail), and did multiple CDs and had many interactions. Maybe it took the new boss a while to get things sorted out, but however it was done, seems to be paying off. The staff continues to be excellent during the trying COVID times. I see reviews about the long wait times at the drive thru. That was frustrating and I avoided going to the bank during that time, but I don't know if that can be helped. COVID restrictions suck but that's not a company thing. That's a 2020-2021 sucked thing. Since the lobby reopened things have gone back to normal. I like the more open look, the shorter lines with any staff able to assist the members. CDs and the like continue to pay almost nothing but that may not be able to be helped either. I don't know of any banks with good rates currently. For normal bank functions, Mazuma has been doing the a good job in a difficult time.
