  This bank called me and told me i qualified for a no interest credit card!!!??? Then when i waste an hour of my time and get my hopes up that we will have some security over the winter being on social security They called a few hours later and said im sorry i was WRONG you dont qualify for a credit card. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TUCKER WHY???? THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW WITH THIS BANK IM DONE ITS BEEN ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER SINCE SIGNING UP WITH THEM RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM

  Terrible branch. Unprofessional. They mishandled our account and took no responsibility for it. They blamed it on us for "forgetting" that they told us we would get check cards and checks with the wrong account number. It was our fault that we didn't remember that they sort of "told" us that all checks are held for 5 business days when they are deposited within the first 30 days of opening the account, which is a nice way of saying a week. I find this particularly troubling because if I write a check at Kroger it comes out of my account instantaneously but a bank needs 5 business days. When I spoke to them on the phone, they just talked over me. Not sure if the whole corporation is good or not, I haven't actually been able to do any actual business yet. But I have definitely seen enough of this branch.

  This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever had. Not only is the branch unprofessional but so is their customer service. They (both) talk down to the customer and make them (customer) feel dumb for not understanding all of the account details. Furthermore the bank mobile app is terrible very inaccurate and not to mention very unfriendly to any user. I would never ever recommend doing any type of business with this bank.
