  I have been locked out of my online account over 10 times in the past 2 months the tellers are rude disrespectful especially Dave at Clinton hwy no concern to fix the problems. Also put a 15 day hold on two pay roll check for two months in a row. I have been with suntrust over 10 years with no problems never held my payroll check and put my mortgage and and bills and family at risk . I highly advise you to not bank here this is a dangerous place to bank !!! I have been sitting here waiting on branch Mng for a hour and half with no one addressing issues as you can see no concern for the customers !! After finally speaking to the branch Mng I could see she would had helped but the upper Mng could not execute sound judgment nor release authority to fix there mistake. This place is a nightmare with no concern for the customers !!

  On phone 32 minutes hung up on. Charged me 2 non truist atm fees for 1 withdrawal. Truist evidently will need that 3.00 by the time everyone changes banks, and with the customer service they give it is coming

  I was given a check from a friend. I went to this bank to get it cashed. I was told it would cost me 8.00 to cash the check because I didn't have an account. I didn't see a reason to charge me. My friend had an account and they make money off of him. I really think this is a bad business practice but I guess this bank needs to make more money. Pitiful

  Wire transfer is impossible with this bank…Merchants branch sent me here bc don’t have enough workers there, and here on Clinton Hwy there is only one manager that can do it! But he’s busy so about 45min wait. You have to be stupid to deal with this “bank”. How about an ap, or online services…now Truist, two bad apples not gonna make a good one Now there is more…tried the online wire transfer they offer…after getting to initiate domestic wire…press 2…but nothing happens (can press any number), so just a huge insult to us the customer! Forget truist!

  Would give 0 if possible. Couldn’t get checks for us and sent us to another location that turned out to be closed and had a homeless camp behind it.

  Excellent service! I've been banking with Suntrust for over 10 years now. My husband and I recently moved to the area, but in the past I always found this branch to be a particularly busy one to stop at and avoided it. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who was working at the drive the window today (sometime between 12:30 and 1:30 pm), because he was very courteous, friendly despite the rush, and even told me before getting started that there were several other transactions ahead of mine meaning it could take up to 10 minutes to process my deposit....WAY TO UNDERPROMISE/OVERDELIVER, sir! He actually got everything done for me in around 4 minutes! I'll certainly be visiting this location more often in the future. Thank you, Suntrust on Clinton HWY!

  This is the most worthless branch of Suntrust in town. The wait is outrageous for simple transactions, the employees are apathetic and just a terrible all around experience. I’m very happy I closed my accounts today and will never deal with them again. I don’t understand how people can move so slow.

  This place has the worse service. We waited in line for 30 m+a the drive through because they take turns taking care of the people on the inside going back and forth. Only two people were waiting on everyone on a Friday. There were 9 people on the inside and we were only the third one in the drive through and it took over 30 minutes.

  Good bank in some ways but on Saturday when there’s a long line of people and only two people working desk and drive through while the big guy/manager walks around picking up pieces of paper off of tables instead of helping his obviously backed up employees is a crock. Just MO

  Great staff at a busy location. They always seem to be understaffed but still take care of you with a smile. Great folks and a good bank.
