Austin Nelson1Worst service, asked them to send my insurance check to their loss dept since they would not let me cash it myself. Ended up sending to the the wrong place because manager didnt do his job. Delayed the funds by at least 3 weeks and tried to say that the delay was due to the loss dept being backed up.

Counselor Cumberland1Very slow service. I have been to many branches and this is by far the worst one I have been too. If it wasn't so close to my work I would never go in. They should employ more competent people.

Ashley Laura1I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff is at this US Bank. I walked into the branch when they opened at 8AM concerned because fraud was on my account and I needed to open a new checking. I waited a half hour and no one would see me about my problem. When I inquired how much longer it would be - they stated it would be a little longer as they had to go and balance the ATM. I used to work for US Bank. The processes and procedures are to be done prior to the branch opening - you shouldn't be balancing your drawers while you have 5 customers waiting in line after the branch has opened. Needless to say I left at 8:35 AM without a resolution.

james gage5i have personally had to jump through some hoops the past couple weeks with purchasing a home. US Bank has been my personal bank for over a decade and in ALL my travels, never disappointed. This ALL being said in the midst of our " time is everything " state. David and his team always go above and beyond to meet my needs when time is on a crunch! Thank you for all your efforts!

Trevor Kraft1Would rate negatively if I could. Always slow. Always understaffed. High staff turnover which means long waits. System issues frequently. I’ve waited 40 minutes just for two business deposits. Avoid at all costs. I will never bank at Usbank solely based on this branch (my boss banks here).

Tarry Summers1BEWARE!!!Pulled my credit without authorizing multiple times under a different name and I've never even applied for anything!!! Completely unsatisfied and furious USBANK does not follow the laws!!! FRAUDS!!! Lets see how long it takes them to make this right

Hayder Khalil1This location is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to US Bank should be ashamed of themselves for having a branch like this the employees are absolutely horrible and don’t even have a smile on their face when they say good morning to you the ATM is out of cash all the time and there’s always a line when I try to visit the branch I am literally considering leaving US Bank just for this terrible customer service that they have in their branches
