  We started with another local mortgage company. Things started okay but as we moved along it become a mess, things weren’t working as promised, deadline after deadline got missed. Finally, Mike Farrel at total choice mortgage ended up with a very angry me on his plate, from that moment he started buttoning up the problem, simplified our issues, and got us closed and into our home. He also managed our refinance, which was quick and painless! Even from across the country! I highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking to have a great home buying and experience.
